This iSi - Nitro Whip is perfect for becoming part of the smooth revolution: Nitro drinks achieve an incredibly creamy texture with a velvety foam crown through the processing with nitrogen (nitro). Create Nitro coffee, tea & cocktails in an instant!

How does it work?
The dispensing nozzle forces Nitrogen gas into any drink to create an emulsion - ie it gives your drink a thick creamy texture, with smooth mouth feel and a sweet taste. It uses small cheap disposable Nitrogen (not Nitrous Oxide) cartridges.

Instructions:

Fill with bottle with ingredients (add ice if desired).

Screw on canister head hand tight to ensure a seal is made.

Insert pure nitrogen charger into cartridge holder.

Screw cartridge holder on to pressurise the device.

Shake the NitroPress before each serve for best results.

Pull lever and dispense into a clear glass for best effect.

Once used - pull lever to release pressure.

Unscrew the cartridge from the head and repeat from step 1.

Warning Freezing High Pressure Gas
Our gas cartridges and cylinders are filled with liquified gas under high pressure.
Puncturing the cartridge (or opening the cylidner valve) can cause freezing gas to escape so you may want to protect your hands and face.
Ensure cartridge or cylinder is empty or isolated before removing from your device.
Cartridges get freezing cold when punctured.
If you are burnt by freezing gas you must immediately seek medical advice. A high pressure gas burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of the injury.

Dishwasher safe: This product is safe to wash in domestic & commercial dishwashers.

Caring for Stainless Steel
We advise customers that stainless steel is not completely 'rust-proof' - it will resist rusting but if left in contact with water for long periods it will start to corrode - so please ensure each evening that you wash-up and dry your equipment.
Do not leave sitting on wet surfaces overnight or it will rust.

Temperature warnings:

Cream whippers must not be frozen. Minimum temperature 3C.

Aluminium home-use whippers must never be used with hot ingredients.

Stainless steel whippers should not be used with very hot ingredients. Maximum temperature 75C.

About ISI
ISI began as Karl Fischer-Pochtler GmbH. In the early 19th century, it was already producing the first soda machines under the company name Carl Pochtler AG. The CO2 chargers used for making soda water and the N2O chargers for creating cream, soups, sauces, and foams make up the core product of the companys Culinary division.
